"With this innovative and sensitive project we want to build a kind of bridge between business and nature", says Peter Eisele, spokesman for the XEPTUM board. “On the one hand, we are using space, but we will design both the building and the surrounding green spaces so ecologically and valuably that the bottom line is that we are giving back more to nature.”  The facade is also clad with natural wood all round. The roofs are planted with greenery and thus ensure a natural improvement in the summer heat protection and delay the drainage of rainwater. An innovative, regenerative heating and cooling concept rounds off the project. The building only needs 55% of the energy of a conventional new building and is therefore particularly environmentally friendly. A large photovoltaic system generates electricity for self-consumption.
