The headquarters of the Neckarsulm IT company XEPTUM Consulting AG has been nominated for the Best Workspaces Award 2024!

We are very pleased that the recently completed building is already one of the best international office buildings.

Digitalisation and the transformation of the traditional world of work are causing many companies to rethink - how do we want to work in the future and what will the workplace of the future look like? The topics of "new work" and sustainability in particular play a central role.

With the new "place X" headquarters of XEPTUM Consulting AG in Neckarsulm, Anna Philipp and her team from Philipp Architekten BDA have created an innovative, future-oriented working environment in an urbanistically challenging location - a scenery characterised by vineyards on the one hand and an efficiency-driven, commercial architectural landscape on the other.
